Marketing Plan

Business Plan

Develop a full scale Business plan based on an extensive interview and presented in a nice binder for future reference.

Patent Research:

Basic patent search for previous products already patented, performed by a licensed patent attorney.

CAD Drawings

Computer generated 3-D modeling of the product. This is necessary for a prototype, and final manufacturing.

Working Prototype

A working S.L.A. (Stereo Lithography) 3-D Model made of a plastic resin.

Product Branding

Creating a name for the product. This consists of coming up with 3 names and 3 logos for you to choose what you like.

Manufacturing

Choosing one of three manufacturers in China, Malaysia, and Mexico, and submitting the product for pricing and sampling. I will then choose the best factory based on quality and price.

Packaging

Creating packing for the product including photography and creative design. Samples will be made and presented for approval.

Product Placement

Contacts with stores such as Walgreen’s, Wal-Mart, and several mom and pop stores to put the product in as a TEST run.

Patent Application

A patent application through a registered patent attorney. Including all initial Lawyer fees and application fees.

Full E-Commerce Website

Everything from building the site to hosting the site for a full year. This also includes setting up all the required merchant accounts for the major credit cards.

QVC

Submitting the product to QVC for approval with the intentions of receiving a purchase order and an on air sale.

Keynote Speaking

Over the past several years I have had the opportunity to share my journey with a variety of people from grade schools to high schools, to colleges, and even continuing education programs. I have participated on several different boards and acted as consultants for other companies. I have physically been down this road and have gained a wealth of knowledge along the way. My goal is to share this to as many people as possible and encourage others to go with their dreams. Capital

As I mentioned before, one of the reasons an individual or company may not pursue an idea might be the lack of working capital. When I started my first company Knork Flatware I was in this position. I had no money and worked two jobs. I borrowed $10,000.00 from my Grandfather to put toward the creation of my idea.
